About Us

Terry Napora started practicing law in 1988 in Ontario, moved to B.C. in 1992, and has been practicing in B.C. ever since. With over twenty years of experience in dealing with ICBC and other insurance companies, Terry has designed this course to ensure your rights are protected and that you receive ALL the benefits you are entitled to.

Terry believes you are entitled to fair representation by your insurance company.

In British Columbia almost all drivers are represented by the same insurance provider: ICBC. You pay ICBC to insure you and your vehicle in case of an accident and you believe it's their job to represent you to the best of their abilities. The problem is, ICBC represents both you and themselves (call it a conflict of interest!) so a quick, low cost settlement is in their best interest - not yours.

Terry’s law offices handle claims from accidents in British Columbia, other Canadian provinces, and the United States. They can help you get the MAXIMUM amount ICBC and other insurance companies owe you for:

  • Lost Income (Past and Future)
  • Medical Expenses, including:
  • Prescription Drugs.
  • Physical Therapy
  • Chiropractic Care
  • Massage Therapy
  • Doctors & X-Rays
  • Rehabilitation Services
  • Pain, Suffering, Anxiety
  • Housework Assistance
  • Other Losses & Expenses

In addition to ICBC claims, the office handles claims for all types of accidents and injuries. For more information, please see our Accident-Injury page.

You will always get FAST, FRIENDLY HELP and be treated with respect and kept fully informed every step of the way.

Terry Napora is not an “ambulance chaser”. To the contrary, Terry is a thoughtful, caring and conservative man who believes strongly in the rule of law. He believes that all citizens deserve and are in fact entitled to fair representation.

It is Terry’s belief that most people settle for too little when dealing with insurance adjusters. This is in part because of the public’s perception, being misled by adjusters and because of the remorse and guilt often associated with accident victims.

Negotiating with ICBC to give you fair compensation is what you are paying them for when you insure your vehicle. You are not ambulance chasing nor should you feel badly for pursuing what you deserve no matter who was at fault in the accident.

Terry believes that it is ICBC’s obligation to give you fair compensation if you have been injured. This course will help you better understand what “fair” means and enables people to get a higher settlement.
